Artwork Guidelines

We can quote and help you with all artwork – but if you wish to supply artwork please see below…

Acceptable file types for printing:

For most project we need a vectored file (with all the edges outlined)

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator) – EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
  • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)

For some projects we can use JPEGS (for photographic images for example)

  • PDF (Adobe PDF)
  • JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

This can vary depending on the size of artwork you are supplying.

As a general rule:
For any artwork A4 and below in size please add 3mm bleed.
For any artwork above A4 in size please add 5mm bleed.

Please speak with us for advice on how much bleed to apply on large format artwork.

Crop Marks:

Please ensure crop marks are applied to all artwork.

Vector (Outlined) Files are line art based files and scalable to any size without a loss in quality. Your image will remain clear and sharp.
